Recent News:

TestAmerica, the largest environmental testing firm in North America, has recently been acquired by the Nanjing, China-based JSTI Group. TSG co-managed this transaction for the seller in conjunction with EC Mergers & Acquisitions of New York.

TriMatrix Laboratories has recently been acquired by the nationwide testing services firm Pace Analytical. TSG initiated this transaction and acted as advisor to the seller.

The international oil-field services firm Schlumberger has recently sold its Industrial Water Consultancy business to WSP/Parsons Brinckerhoff. TSG advised and assisted Schlumberger on this transaction.
